I think he has just come out of one and I expect his prices to climb somewhat again. The Invasion Kits are a good barometer for his market and with auction season nearly upon us don't be surprised to see new records set for his work. He has also made great strides into the Asian market as well as a CAC Malaga museum show sometime in the near future I've spent a long time building up my invader collection and regrettably sold a couple Of pieces in the past. I only have half of the invasion set but I do have the entire Home series including Lego....silver and white - not for sale 
I envy you, I am trying to assemble the Home Series and finding Home Earth to be quite elusive.

There's was a Mars on 'the auction site' a couple months back that went around and around unsold for ยฃ1400 I think...

Not sure what to say there L-Roy as I'm not familiar with the Banksy Years LP or pricing. Invasion Kits seem to perform very well in auction houses, realising much higher prices than on here or the bay....it's more a case of what is s going to hurt you more to sell and what could you let go easily

I love both as , I have not any prints and the Banksy Yesrs Lp is very well printed ( I love Monkey Queen ) , and for the Invader, it is a bit special too cause I live space 3D project, and i got some help to get it.
I am not an art dealer, but life - and my kids now at home - is really tiny for me (,as my mind ) .

Not concerned about the financial implications, just that someone on a waiting list like I have been would benefit.

But space files is not an easy find. So I guess it is a roll of the dice.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.....
Sadly, without the packaging it is pretty much worthless. Unless you have any provenance I don't think this will have any value at all and even if you found your original receipt there's no way at all to prove it is the same piece. Unless you find the packaging i think you'd struggle to sell it as a genuine invader. It would maybe appeal to someone who simply couldn't be arsed to build their own one
If you are the original owner and have the receipts it might be worth reaching out to one of the invader team to see if he does any sort of authentication service....I think that would also be a dead-end but worth a try

That is a ridiculous price for a print although Space File is certainly up there with his very best prints.
I never got round to framing mine as it is pretty big and I just never had the wall space. One day though...

dunno about gold but was seeing the silver go for ยฃ2600 at both galleries and private sale about 6 months ago.
That being said, I have seen a dramatic rise in other invader prints recently.
