I have no personal interest in selling one but it will be interesting to see how much these charity prints end up selling for when flippers get theirs in hand. The Brooklyn Museum and the MOCAD ones hovered around $5k I think but they weren't numbered editions, plus these ones are uniquely shaped.

I agree - I'm not looking to incentivize the flippers. Looking for someone who's rational about it. Never bought a contemporary print / toy / sneakers above cost. Flippers only exist because there's someone willing to pay that premium for 'luck' at a draw. I'm not one of those people. It takes me a lot of time and work to earn my money, so I don't abide with people that make 100-200-500% return based on the fact they got lucky getting picked. Again: if someone's reasonable about it, and is not quite convinced with the print when they saw it and is willing to part with it, I'm open to chat.

Holy cow that's a lot of fee's... Those import fee's are killer. I'd try to sell directly to a buyer on eBay, reddit, on here or in a Facebook group.
Oh and FYI- Stockx does take opened OE's. I have a friend who has sold a couple that have been opened. They need to be in good condition and with ALL of the packaging.. but can certainly be opened.

Thanks so much. The odds were definitely not in anyone's favor with these 5 prints! I'm just excited to see it in person and figure out how to frame an oddly shaped print like these.
Maybe someday I will have the disposable income to afford something bigger like a YSKIK print but for now I'm pretty happy to have a 1/25 KAWS print for $1,200 (plus the MOCAD print I got last year).

IMO these OEs better are opened as discussed here earlier. If not the vinyl starts to sweat in the airtight packaging. I recognized it to my OEs early enough, but there are minor stains. |

Had noticed the odd lot going unsold even in Sothebys!
Not saying the art market is in free fall but I think the print market is way overpriced
