There's nothing wrong with flipping but list a fucking price. This isn't some priceless national treasure. You have a pretty good idea what it's worth so price accordingly.

Both really fair prices, easiest guy to deal with you can find, and his packing and shipping is as good as it gets.
Both negotiations done via pm with open and easy stress free dialogue.
No offense meant to others I've dealt with on here but Wenters is as good as it gets when buying from this forum in my experience.
