Those mashups are amazing. I am slightly kicking myself for not getting one. Since this is the first time he's shown the mashups, I hope he continues to dp them. Really fits with his work, the hard cuts/geometric composition and how some elements are repeated and/or reused (albeit in different colors, positions and proportions) in multiple pieces.

The black paint drips (full saturstion over the whole image) and more of the wet/runny texture that some of his more abstract originals have. Super excited to see him continue to push his work in 2019.

I really like how POSE is taking risks and evolving his style. Instead of just continuing to beat the same horse (a horse I like and own, btw) heโs pushing his work in a new direction while still incorporating his trademark pop aesthetic. I can imagine that itโs daunting for a working artist to abandon the style thatโs paying the mortgage and put new work out there. I look forward to seeing where it goes.
