Yeah I think it could be looked at in a few ways, and Im not sure what one Dolk was thinking.
As you say, one might be that some people in wheelchairs can actually walk, and they might sleepwalk. the other one could be that they dream of one day of being able to walk  I hope the message is the second.

As for the sleepwalker you can have your pic above.
My mind goes to the youth of today that just glides through life, not taking in the essences of what is and a wheelchair chasing them. Which would be old age catching up with the mindless kids.
