On instagram they put the Dolks for sale and got some comments about the price (I gave some comments as well). After that they immediately removed the instragram post. Perhaps they are not happy with critics and want to put the sale of the market. Logically, with these stupid high prices they charge.

Who'd want that on their wall? I agree, not really an image most would want on their wall. Im sure Dolk has many more really great images he could have picked as a print release  so a bit disappointed with these two.
I think a test any collector or art fan has to apply to an offering by a major artist is just that --- Without a name on it, would you put it on your wall? Granted, there are many things I love that would not literally make the wall for various reasons, but these seem to be a little contrived, and also lack visual interest. Kind of depressing.

The print is no less valid than the original painting or street mural. Prints are, after all, the most widely disseminated form for most artists. Most of the criticism in this thread has been directed at the concept, not the execution.

If you have any non payers, please see if you can sort out Dave with a Chief (see page 9 of this thread - he's a firefighter). Very late request I know, but nothing ventured ....
