Yea, to me this would be one of the few chances to own a 'Koons'.
But then - call me old school - this doesn't really feel like a work of art does it? The original Popeye painting surely is, but are those skateboards really more than posters printed on skate decks?
I generally don't like the idea of selling reproductions as works of art: I think its legitimate to make those, but then those have to have a reasonable price tag ... like Obey offset prints, or Cattelan Posters

Itโs alright for an unsigned merch. A signed koon anything would be 10 times that at least.

That would depend on the process used to make it.
5% VAT applies to the following:
โGoods classified under heading 9702 include:
-original engravings
-prints
-lithographs
These goods must have been produced in limited numbers and exclude those made by mechanical or photomechanical processes.โ
