It's been stated that Banksy and his team were very careful in not using any Mickey mouse/other Disney realted material, that does not make this body of work fresh. I appreciate the time invested in realising this project but there seems to be nothing new here......burnt out ice cream vans, abandoned police riot vans, cheap word associated puns....we've seen this all before. |

It really was a mind blowing spectacle of some incredible art and some quite poignant moments in amongst the more obvious messages. Far too many highlights to mention, from Cauty to Bast, it really was wall to wall quality. Great to meet so many of you too and a particular thanks to the guys that helped out making sure I safely navigated the VIP list. On a side note, I hope you all behaved yourselves on here as it seemed pretty much every guardian was off duty last night :-)  . We plan on sending our representative Wearology next week.

The Grim Reaper at NYC "Better Out Than In" was sublime so for me it was incredible to see it at WSM. The Bee Gees sound track was a nice twist as opposed to "Don't Fear The Reaper" by Blue Öyster Cult.
I cannot even start to imagine the work that went into this event to pull this off but hats off to the whole team.
As for the people I met well it really was the icing on the cake to meet you guys. You know who you are. Each and everyone of your are stars and made my day.

I saw a Minnie but not mickey, and not Mr B anyway
Maybe if people went and experienced the show rather than prejudging from behind a keyboard then you'll see it is Dismaland and not Disneyland as you seem to have decided based on a few photos.
If your not interested or it bores you, move along and don't look into the camera
