Nevertheless, booking a room that can be cancelled up to 14:00 on the day keeps the bases covered

If I've learnt anything - it's never to believe it's really happening till its happening, even when it seems so obvious. Until Banksy's team release the details then it all remains speculation. I know the official line is the Instagram is the only official feed but that Twitter account even hinted in July that there was something coming this month
