Quite amusing to catch up on this thread as I've been on holiday with my 10 year old and we spent last 2 nights at Disneyland (I'm from Brooklyn and fully dug BOTI).
However, while all of this will be fun KAWS has been mining the Disney takedown for well over a decade to great effect, and to me Disney too easy a target at this point.
But if there was a Robber Barons Thru History Whack A Mole game I'd play!

I'd suggest the use of the word 'Dismal' - while a play on 'Disney' - is more about us, the British, and our rather dreary attempts at staging something exciting. And combined with our relentlessly poor weather, especially at places like WSM, our down-at-heel shabbiness is what is being both celebrated and ridiculed.

All the people heading down there for this weekend. There's stuff going on for sure and VIP's will have their fill. But Dismaland might not be ready yet, health and safety may not have signed on the dotted line. Could be other locations, who knows. All will become clear soon |

So many people that I seem to remember people joining the site was suspended. I'm sure as soon as a definite print release is confirmed all hell will break loose. |
