I get that they're doing multiple exhibitions, and I love Faile, but it's been about a month since I ordered and I don't even have a tracking number.

Upcoming Faile release, by 10th Mountain on Aug 25, 2015 13:25:18 GMT 1, As you say unlike Faile as they are usually excellent at getting stuff out quickly, but I think they must be in a state of disarray at the minute. Ive been waiting for two refunds to be processed since release day. One went through, but the other which apparently was also sent on the 3rd hasn't shown in my account. Emailed someone called Whitney who was supposed to be getting back to me and looking into it and now I havent heard anything since 12th August and have sent 2 more emails since then. They seem to be ignoring me or dont want to process the refund  My Vinyl and Book turned up the other day but not had the chance to check it yet as Im away from home, hoping mine is the correct book and order!

I communicated with Whitney yesterday...she got me a return label and told me she would get me the correct cover. Its going back to them via fedex today, I guess we will see how it goes. |

I emailed twice with weeks of no response and had a reply in one day by putting the order number in subject line on the third try. I was missing stickers with the book order.
