Jeff Gillette ๐บ๐ธ Dismal Exhibitions โข Art For Sale, by lha on May 29, 2017 8:55:58 GMT 1, Anyone associated with Banksy, even in the slightest (Outis, Gillette, Gonefellow etc..) gets played out so quickly. Prepare to see a bunch of these Dismaland/rat scenes.
The difference being it was the other way around. Banksy associated himself with Jeffs work that he'd been doing for years prior to Dismaland and which, in part, Banksy used elements of for input into Dismaland.
The Minnie Hiroshima canvas in the gallery space at Dismaland (which Banksy purchased prior to the show) that was also used for the show poster was painted years before.
What Jeff is painting these days is pretty much what he's always painted. Dismaland, as it would, had an impact on him and he's similarly used that influence in some of his art.
One of the hardest working dudes out there considering he's still a college art teacher as well.
