Something simple. Maybe float in a white box frame, no coloured spacers or fancy shananagins. Then you don't detract from the image, which is bold enough as it is. Imo.

he probably framed the baby prints that you see in photos at the hospital. He is known for framing stik work. A little googling will make that obvious.
