I remember - and I know, some members are on here , people getting more than one posters, oh yeah my god, flippers - in crews, family or not - are well organised. Climax have been for the Hackney newpapers with the free poster :
"Get yourselves down to Hackney kids for a nice free Stik poster of Holding Hands. "

had an email from stik so assumed he entered them?
Just a thought, a random member of the public approaching a prestigious auction house with free posters to list would they take? Even on eBay all these free posters never even reached the reserve prices listed

Stand in a queue for hours, socialize with like mined people, chat to collectors, chat to art traders, gallery owners, people who had no idea. It really does not matter we all make the merry-go-round and we all have a day to remember... you can say to yourself "I was there".
Amazing day we all did some good!

I didn't attend the event. Wish I'd heard about it at the time and would have tried.
We unfortunately lost a baby early on in the pregnancy last year during lockdown and I wanted to get something to put on the wall and help us both remember in a positive way. I thought of the Stik and got hold of a postcard copy and had it framed. I think it turned out pretty well for such a small piece.

Despite not knowing what was going on I knew I recognised it  I was subsequently refered to the art therapy programme, pre covid, that the print sale was in aid of.
On reflection Iโd have preferred to just see it at the print drop... trust me to have to experience it as it was originally intended.
Iโm still painting though.

ouch, I was on a ward with a 20 year old that fell walking and broke his leg, the body is very resilient but also delicate at times. A long recovery I bet, wish you a speedy recovery, good health and a slower pace
