PEZ π«π· Pierre-Yves Riveau β’ New Release β’ Art For Sale, by chevyav53 on Jan 25, 2019 5:37:31 GMT 1, How does this look like a Pejac, because you chose the mono variant? I think Pez goes much more in-depth than Pejac whose work looks repetitive, some of which I enjoy. Sure Pez was probably influenced by the artists you mentioned as is any artist with their idols or mentors. I truly enjoy how Pez addresses our obsessions, greeds and the environment. But hey Pejac really likes arrows, deer, and crows cool. With regards to addressing the environment issues I thought the main media issues of late was plastic in the oceans not raising awareness in the wilderness of African safari lands?unless tourists throwing out their lunch bags when on a jeep safari must have a small collector base as each release in technical style is so different to his last , collectors usually like similar form? Good to see not stuck in mould and trying new styles What kind of collector wants the same repetitive style on their walls? Where is the fun in that? Thatβs why Pez is and will surpass Pejac since thatβs whose being compared. Having an βAlter Egoβ, βAlwaysβ and if I can get one of these would be great and youβd never know the same artist. All thought provoking at that.

Canβt be serious.
Only recently a white rhino subspecies went extinct and based on the form, pez likely meant to represent that species (though all are critically threatened).
Why use plastic bags other than an easy object to form? The ghost like nature? The nature of bags being discarded? Of nature discarded? Fossils of civilization represented by plastic?
The fact that you mock with Reference to magic pictures from the 90s only makes you sound like a fool that didnβt even take time to understand the pic. Why are you even discussing it?

What humans will leave behind when we destroy ourselves and the world using the rhino as an example. I believe this was done around the time the last male white rhino was killed.

i think the image and messaging here is great and the variants remind me of the world cup prints in mono and color from years back.

PEZ π«π· Pierre-Yves Riveau β’ New Release β’ Art For Sale, by tranito on Jan 25, 2019 16:50:36 GMT 1, If you've been a PEZ fan for a little while, if you've been following his work closely, meaning the entirety of his body of work (not only the print releases), you've grown to love his wide range and variety of output as a quite unique strength over most other artists around in the scene and you know exactly where Mirage fits in there. If you've only been following from afar and are drawn in only from print releases and discussions around it, then I guess you can see Mirage as derivative from other artists you're more familiar with and you could call his wide range of imagery a weakness, but in that case, sorry, but you should know better.
