Total transparency then - Fortunately I pay a monthly sum to my chosen charities and didn't feel obligated to make any donations.  It always seemed more of an advertising campaign for their forum than a genuine commitment to those in need and given the way they talk about this place there's no surprise that no one here won anything.

Oh. Well if you're insinuating that commissioner has behaved dishonestly, then that's something you and hillbilly should take up with them. I don't see what that has to do with the entire NBF though. It's quite a leap to go from one missing print to an orchestrated fraud. I get that you don't like @federationofideas and the NBF though. I think we all get that. But we're all entitled to like and dislike different things.

I've had nothing but good dealings with commissioner and don't believe they would do anything underhand. You're perfectly entitled to contact them by PM or on here to discuss matters though. But considering you've previously accused them of mocking/being disruptive by posting more pictures on The Shadow Forum than on here, they might not be in a rush to engage with you? Have you checked you're not blocked? If you have another account on here, you could try messaging them with that account?

Anyway, I'm sure like most things, this issue can be resolved by calm and friendly talking.

I have to say that I did not perceive people on the other forum self promoting, but rather perceived a group of people trying to raise a lot of money for a charity, in the best way they could.
And as for commissioner, from what I know of him, I will take him at his word.

Personally I think Im done with both forums - this place used to stand up for what it believed to be right and would call out suspect behaviour - seems the NBF trolls run the show now and nobody dare say anything for fear of being falsely accussed of shit stirring

Stealing from charity is about as low as it gets and all you want to do is sweep it under the carpet - that is just so fucked up

Everyone should be allowed to express their opinions and views but there are ways of going about it. People don't have to resort to nastiness and unfounded allegations.

When I initially discussed this with Commish he told me he had been crating a lot of items up and moving stuff around which is how its been 'misplaced' and why he believes it will turn up again very soon. I didn't think it my place to go into any detail and just stated it 'misplaced' - that isn't lost or sold anything else, he knows he has it....just not entirely sure where.

I've felt there have been issues brewing for a few weeks - maybe the 'changed' thread stirred some emotion again but its time to put this to bed.

Commish has explained himself and I'm sure as soon as his movements settle down again the Stik will be made available.

To that end I think we'll just shut this thread down - the Items that this thread were about have been bought and paid for and will be shipped this week - look out for the latest art buy thread so there really is no need to keep this going

I suggest if anyone has issues they raise it with the event organisers and if you really feel the need then PM me or any of the other Guards
