1. I find it weird when people say this is the greatest print ever that they love but I wnat to get rid of it. If you want to sell the piece fine, just list it and if anyone is interested you'll get offers. It just sounds like you're laying it on really thick.
2. You're also putting up a lot of hearsay information. I've checked out the guy who's been flogging these on ebay for the past couple years who claims that only 200 exist but has no proof to that effect. And seems like he's sold at least 200 himself? He also numbers the prints to try and make them appear more authentic but to me sounds rather shady. How can you number a print that wasn't numbered?  He claims that 'fakes' are floating around (in what of course seems like an effort to make his prints seem more genuine & attractive) yet he has no actual proof that fakes have been printed or sold. And he also issues this 'coa' with his prints that is basically a joke. And provenance that goes back to '88? Says who? Why exactly should I believe this guy? Why is this guy more trustworthy than anyone else on the internet? As many prints as he's been flogging he seems pretty shady himself.
But of course that just my opinion. Everyones got one.

I mean, you've bought some Beejoir and Neate and Micalled and yet no Banksy purchase?! and your friends own a gallery in SF, so you must be up on the whole art scene...?
your post seems a bit odd, especially after Darjeeling laid down the facts regarding the ebay 'fakes' of this particular Basquiat print.....

His prints are absolutely massive by the way (and quite expensive) so make sure you have the space. Signed by the estate wouldn't normally be ok with me, but in this case its an exception because there aren't too many around, and there aren't any signed by the artist.
