Shady - not in direct sunlight (lol)
No tape - framed by a friend who frames valuable stuff for a living (old movie posters)
Face to face - if someone spends 10k plus for some art I would like them to see it first! Its up to them of course..

I bought a real nice BANKSY print framed, from a seller here in the forum and the print was so jacked up from being tapped to shit. The print is in restoration and is gonna cost $1,000 to repair So I hope you can post pics soon.

Other forum members will then comment a lot on your price one way or another(!) but you will also be more likely to get a sale and less likely to get timewasters and cheeky offers a few k below what your prints are worth.
Json who commented above did a FS thread few days ago that most people seem to agree was a great example....GLWTS.

I'm Offering no view on pricing either way; this started out as a reasonable sale thread with many offering some helpful advice.so let's try and keep that spirit going, if you think the pieces are over-priced then please feel free to say so but offer something constructive so there is opportunity to debate

If you are serious about selling them probably not the best to flaunt how little you paid. Your efforts will yield better results having them de-framed, photos front and back, posting the details and ask for offers. Just my opinion. |
