It's the artists opinion, and it's a piece of art.
Most art is likely to offend someone, and certain percentage of the population. So does that mean if a set percentage are offended it should not be allowed? It's not acceptable show be shown? Or should Art be allowed to push boundaries, ask questions, and sometimes that might mean offending people to get subjects questioned and discussed?
What do you think?

If you go to most decent Art Galleries you will find much more offensive art that that! It looks to me like a well organized publicity stunt with the local media playing along as it's makes a good story for them also. Plus the local politicians jump in for brownie points ๐
