Tilt is a rebel. But maybe I am wrong. No, I get that. But any rebellion is too subtle for me. So I would just see a shiney bottle of fizzy pop on my wall. Which I don't want! But it's all very subjective. Anyone who likes it, fab.

I like Tilt's style, but any subversion is very subtle. It looks too much like a cool image for Coca Cola. One they'd be happy to use on a billboard. |

Agree that it all looks too picture perfect with the star and stripes colouring and Coca Cola branding etc...
Don't see Tilt as the sold out kind of chap, and have great respect for his style, but am I missing something ? A message in the throw ups ?
Oh, and I still haven't gotten over the price of that great looking grenade print, so yeah, but if a grudge there....

I think I can see Tilt in the first red line by the white lines, but that's about it. I've tried. Could be the recipe for Coke for all I know? |

I agree. But would it feel like less of an advertisement, or would the advertising aspect be more palatable to you, if this were a screenprint of a Coca-Cola bottle by Andy Warhol?
If so, what distinction(s) would you make to justify the Warhol being hung on your wall at home?
Maybe differences in the importance and recognition of the two artists? In their actual or presumed artistic intent? In the respective chronology / historical antecedents (e.g. Warhol encapsulating a whole art movement, being a forefather and conceptual originator, while Tilt arguably being one of many distant successors)?

I have the set "red + black" lipstick and if I had to let it go, I wouldn't at this release price IMHO.
I wish you will be able to find it again at this bargain price ๐ Good luck

Thats what the last one in 2015 went for, I wasn't saying that's what it is worth now. But it's ok, I can bide my time or save for the three large originals that Tilt completed 2015 i wouldn't pay over the odds for the prints.
