Later used by Renรฉ Magritte for his masterpiece, the apple, the symbol of the original sin, hides the true nature of man and all his descendants. Nick Smith with his signature style using Pantone chips, is pairing the image with quotes from Brett Easton Ellis's book American Psycho, telling the story of the ultimate faceless business man, a transmission of the initial meaning into todayโs business practices. A new interpretation which is giving more answers than the surrealistic original.
