Nothing is stated as to a print release.
If you're asking a 'release date' for said canvas in said Instagram post, I'm sure if you sent an email to Eelus via his website, you may be able to receive information about how to purchase the canvas.
Also, there were a few smaller stencil pieces of this image released at an art fair in London(?) earlier this year.
Search this forum and you can see some photos.
You may be able to pry one out of their owners collection. Be warned, it will not be cheap.
