I learnt a great lesson in 2015 about buying OGs over prints and about the value of getting commissioned what we really like. So I will try to keep going by trying to purchase

The only prints I will look at are LIITA, barcode and maybe nola if the wife allows it.

Hmm I go somehow different.

- Probably another signed Banksy print or Paul Insect work
- 2 canvasses
- Finally starting with the MA in History of Art
- Continue with my own drawing and sketching that I started 2nd half of 2015
- Construct a 'blauw-rode' chair and 'zigzag' chair by Gerrit Rietveld
- Visit more art festivals and shows then I did in 2015
- Play more football with my son

I would think that most people would recognise a womble when they see one.

The year is young, but I am stuck on a plane and also curious: how are folks doing so far against their art collecting aspirations for 2016?

Personally, I haven't made any progress against the slated list, but I am still learning about the scene and have discovered a few artists I enjoy (Eelus - thanks to forum and the recent contest, Sweet Toof - again from forum and IG, Ella & Pitr, etc.) and made some additional purchases from artists already in the collection.  Also learned about some artists I'm following but haven't bought.  All in all a nice - if not expensive - way to start the year.

Anyone actually sticking to their plans so far? Also curious as to "resolutions" made by some to purchase more originals, fewer prints!

Looking for a Silver Flags in good condition.

It's a strong image, but damn... due to the nature of the delicate chromalux paper, the ones I have seen available came out with creases, dings or marks.
