For what it's worth have had a couple restorers say they could fix it for like $200.

Today maybe I have a little beauty for your eyes. (...) myself never seen another similar work in auction and I am unsure about the value. So I need your help please.
(I'm not interested in selling that work, because it's a big piece of my live as artist ... but I like to check the currently market price as a investment in the future.)

It's a Tango Dancer from '89 with the classic signature BLEK.
A very early stencilwork in spray paint on thick bfk rives paper approx 57 x 78 cm (since release stored in the original gallery frame 61 x 81 cm).
That piece is titled "last tango".
It is one from a ltd. edition of only 60 and each one has a unique colored background.
It has no number ... only signed in pencil with "E.A. 89 BLEK".
It was released in 1989 in the art house "Nassauischer Kunstverein e.V. Wiesbaden" Germany when Xavier Prou aka Blek le Rat was a lecturer in the German Arts College in Wiesbaden and Leipzig.
I've a few emails with his wife Sybille Prou which can confirm the authenticity. Unfortunately there is no COA, because his art was to "cheap" at this time and so there was no interest in a certificate.
The art house can also confirm that work as an original by Blek.

You have provenance from what you say. That's more important than a coa.
