Beating Man U away and the Skates losing at home to some 4th division part timers from Oxford made this scummer smile last Saturday :-)

So the new owner can do that. This canvas, with PC certification would sell for about £75,000, but we're willing to let it go for £30, as we can't hang around waiting for PC to get back to us". No one who sells art on Ebay or other places is going to under sell a valuable artwork.
They know exactly what they are selling and the real value otherwise they would be off to Sotheby's or an auction house with if for the money.
The descriptions are cleverly written with built in get out clauses.
Buyers sometimes have dollar signs in their eyes instead of seing art.
Some buyers buy off places like Ebay, delay in paying or pay and as soon a sthey get the item run round auction houses and galleries etc touting the art and when they get a negative respons like, it's worth a low price and no profit in it. They complain and demand a refund of their money from the seller.
As others here have mentioned, it's best to ask the right questions and do your own research before buying.
Save up and buy one good Banksy print (other artists are available) rather than ten or twenty or more bad copies.
