I think it is but I guess it's all about supply and demand, and how many people see it as an 'investment' rather than a piece of art they like

Think Jack and Jill wont last long, its much nicer than CND soldiers, i got both and dont like the CND think its too plan and nothing draws me to it.
funny. I didn't get jack & jill even though I could have because it didn't have anything to draw me to it. didn't particuarly make me smile or think... oh that's clever. But the jokes on me! It's already being sold by speculators for lots and lost!!!

just not worth it fella, lovely collection too, the HMV is spiffy, and any grin reaper is outstanding.

Never worry about that type of stuff hooker, the chances we passed up on are all luck, turning down a set of kates for 20K, refusing to go above 1450 for a radar rat, refusing to pay a grand for heavy weponary canvas..... who needs to pay an extra 75 quid for a signature, I can buy all 4 rats for the price of 2 signed...... just not worth it fella, lovely collection too, the HMV is spiffy, and any grin reaper is outstanding. |

I totally agree with what Silky says here.
To add my story, when I bought some signed prints from Banksy's Kingsland Road show in 2003, I had 2 weeks to saunter over to POWs office and pick them up - there was really no hurry. I bought them cos I loved them and, as Silky says, through all the price rises (they were £100 back then!) I've not been the slightest bit tempted to sell them.

Rather than spending all that time looking for examples of a this print framed up... you can see and post examples in this thread! This will allow everyone on the board to have a look at what other people have done with each print to see how different mats, frames, and mountings look for each individual print. This should be a good way to save time from searching all over, plus it will give you some nice ideas for your Banksy!
Feel free to add photos of your framed example in each of the appropriate threads, there is a "Framed" thread under each print listed in the 'Banksy Limited Edition Prints' section. To keep each thread manageable and on topic, please refrain from commenting. Also, remember to resize images that may be oversized so everyone can have a proper look at your framing work!
