I think that its A little bit obvious, unless numb nutts is A legend that people want to spend more money so they can buy from him but I dont think so. Must have A numb brain to go with his nutts. Highflyer you need to come down to earth you've been breathing in to much fresh air.

Better than stocks and shares but we can only buy 1 share at A time.

If it sold for £1.4K then thats nearly £1K profit, which ain't bad for simply entering a lottery... I can't understand the point of the shill bids or reserves.. and especially the silly BIN prices...

who's mouth was it stuck to? Do you have to keep them as part of the deal too? If that is the case it probably isn't a great deal as the food bills alone would be huge.

I think £2.5k is about right for the buyer... I think sellers will be looking for closer to £3k.
It is a cracking, classic print... well worth it if you can get one.

The print was damaged, that's why it was cheap.
It was dry mounted, using a wet adhesive (ironically)... and the stock that print is on, is a lot thinner than his more recent work.
I think a restorer would really struggle to remove all the corrosive elements – so over time the print would atrophy.
Given all that - £1,500 feels about right to me
I still stand by my estimate though... mint J&J = £2.5 - £3k

How can you make such a statement, i spoke with "penny" and if she is part of this forum will confirm that we had no idea it was damaged. We knew it was dry mounted but a good restorer should sort that. But we had no idea nor does it say on the description about it being damaged.
So, please can you keep your comments to yourself, there is a little group which are started to form and from the comments will try and sway peoples mind to doing business with us. So for the minority of small minded people, we will not leave board and we will continue to voice our opinion where fit.

I'm new to this forum and I love the passion of it's members for 'street art' and the friendly banter that goes on, but your posts really grate. Not least because they are poorly written. Please don't feel obliged to reply with some 'we're so fair' trite. It's nearly Xmas, there's an amazing set of shows going on next week in London Town and I'm feeling very happy about life. Spread the love rather than conflict. Please...
