Graham Bignell charged 2 hours to do it (about ยฃ240+VAT at the time). When I spoke to Graham he said its hit and miss whether the print can be removed, it is completely dependent on the adhesive used.
I'd suggest buying with the assumption it won't be restorable, frame it and enjoy it (and maybe check if a small miracle is possible  )

with a POW blind stamp. There are a few CREASES AND TAPE MARKS WHERE IT WAS ORIG FRAMED but would flatten out easy enough ITS STAMPED ON THE REVERSE "NOT BY BANKSY" 2 me it looks like the unsigned edition with an added signature
........................"OPEN TO OFFERS" WILL POST WORLDWIDE .....AND PAYPAL CHEERS !!

Yes top right, I only noticed it when they got it framed....
