The whole idea is that you get out there and get one.
My friend arrived back yesterday and said that on Sunday there were defiantly only 21 left.
So anyone planning on going this week would love to know.

If it wasn't for my pesky kids (no, I do love them really) I would have gone to Bethlehem. Absolutely sure of it. I think it's great that some have, hats off to them. You can tell it's been an awesome experience.

We had a taxi driver that used to be a BBC war correspondant and the stoories he could tell could curdle milk, he took us all over the place for a very good price & was visibly upset when we found the Donkey being I.D'd had been painted over. Anyone going out who'd like a top guide, PM me and I'll give you his details.

I assume the Trollies sold out a long time ago. I think it is great that there are still prints available for ppl who have the time and resources to take the trip as they will also have a pretty special momento in the new year ;D

I think what may have been meant allowing only One per person or couple maybe ie married couples.

In a word, yes. They will have some available everyday so as to give people who make the trip an equal chance of getting one.... I think it makes sense. There's never a deluge of visitors. The most we saw in there were around half a dozen of us.... And quite a few people swan over with no intention of buying anything.

agree I wish I had seen more of the wall BUT all this great stuff was not up there when I went I just looked at the dam thing in all it's nakedness the Ugly Grey Beast that it ws and IS

He will stop anywhere you like, point out all the pieces, and follow you if there are parts you want to walk on foot (the long part by the refuge camp with the escalator on for example..walk down that bit... ).
Ask at the ghetto and they will sort a driver out for you.
Supposed to take 40 mins- we took nearer 90..
You cant comprehend the sheer size and prescence of the wall without being next to it..

However after reading several posts today which discuss this and other Ghetto print prices and then Oh the joy of getting the latest Banksy release
I am brought back down to earth by the new photos on the Ghetto Wall site which to me are really moving.
I like these photos not for the superb art they show but because they put the wall and the art in more context to it's surroundings that the past pictures have.
You get more of a feel of the place rather than just the art on the wall.
They seem to sum up what it's all about, kids playing in the shadow of the wall under the watchful eye of the trigger happy guards, some only just out of school.
Some on the forum today have discussed this flag print as a must have, well I don't blame them really I don't. It is a super print, but mine will never appear for sale as it is a reminder as if I needed it of my trip.
However I strongly urge you to think about going to Bethlehem and if you can take the trip and bag yourself a reminder too, do it. Just look at those happy kids playing in the dirt in the pictures and then think you'll have a trip of a lifetime, they, well they, have to stay there and live as best they can and just maybe your flag print purchase could help a few of them have a better chance in life in some way or another.
Aren't we and our kids lucky.

That's how I am looking at it, certainly not the focus of the trip. Seem to be some great stories from people about the other things to see.
