I know Bologna... Lovely town. After my come back of London in spring 80, inwas there with my mate in summer ( July ) 80 just before the terrible attacks that made a lot of death in the railway station.
Poor bloody of fascists twats !
Anyway, no, I am not enough rich ( and I don't know who is he ) to follow Banksy in these exuberant exhibition..
I saw that they asked 13 euros to enter in there !! Incredible !

this kronsbein is investing (!) massiv into banksy art. all artworks are owned by him...(he said several times). he made millions by selling his company (something industrial) some years ago...

Really! I had no idea it was that type of exhibition.
Maybe will will see more of that type of thing over the next few years with collections of Art on tour around the World. Also sometimes these exhibitions are used to sell and promote a book release?

I can't speak for him, but my immediate thoughts are that I wish the mega rich would just f**k off and stop fawning over Banksy. For me a lot of his work eminates from rebellion and protest. They want to preserve the status quo, of the rich getting richer.

At the beginning they promoted the biggest Banksy show in Germany and tried to sell prints for ridiculous prices (still they do). After not selling they stated they only show their private collection (which it isn`t) and all pieces might not be for sale and now asking 20 Euro entrance fee for a couple of prints in two tiny show rooms and their office room. The uncertified street pieces they removed from the show a couple of days before of the opening. I also know collectors who borrowed them a few prints and now trying to get them back quickly as they were showing copies of the relevant PC cert around.
And the interviews are incredible as well. The younger gallery owner (daughter) seriously stated Banksy might be a female or at least raised with many women as there is so much love in his work! I really hope Banksy never get translated anything from this embarrassment of an art event...

Why would anyone that loaned a piece to them also loan them their PC cert?
