Most bids take place in the last few seconds of an auction. I think both buyers and sellers like to guarantee a sale or purchase when they can. Don't think that's unreasonable.

Also, when I said "reasonable" I was talking about buyers and sellers wanting to guarantee a transaction. That statement is totally unrelated to price. I'm afraid you're not making much sense here, but I appreciate the bumps and your disingenuous "good luck."
