First piece is Beggar, this is a printers proof number 1 of 3. It comes framed in a slim black frame and is glazed, the piece looks like its floating in the frame. He has all the correct documentation for the piece COA from the gallery and a letter from Sybille confirming its provenance. It looks fantastic in the frame and being number 1 of 3 it surely has to be the one to buy.
Second piece is Homeless in Paris an AP edition. Again this is framed in a white slim frame with glass and again looks like its floating. Both these pieces are in immaculate condition as are the frames, I personally don't know what they are worth. He has not said what he will take for them he just asked me to put them up for sale and see if there is any interest and relay any offers back to him.

Seems like the print was released for a around £260, then various sales over a few months see the price slowly creep up, then bam art net say they sold one for $3500.
i dont see the singluar art net sale as a true reflection on the value. I would look at the previous sales as a guide rather than a singular sale.
I guess the market will tell if there really is a massive demand for this print or if one well heeled punter paid ott at art net.

I take a view on sales from various sources to determine what I am prepared to pay. Whilst this is quite a sought after print with hardly any available on the secondary market I don`t see the value anywhere near $3k+

The two canvases from the P8 recent auction were very nice specimens. Not sure what edition they were of from when, but they were a prime example of Blek rats
The LE book from Ange Basso was really nice with some old prints and classic rat, but the price was insane and i don't know what is so good about this book vs the previous ones

For what it's worth I think I got a steal of a deal of one on eBay about year and half ago for about 900 usd.
Unfortunately it got damaged on shipping, somewhat luckily I got full refund and the damaged print... but that's a different story.
The one at 700 pounds seems like a good deal to me.
