I have flattened large prints by making a folder from large foam board sheets. I used two sheets for each side. The sheets can be joined using tape. I make sure to use acid free materials to prevent the tape being in contact with the print.
I then used acid free tissue directly on the print and some acid free mat board between the tissue and the foam board. The board was probably unnecessary but I added it for extra protection when adding weights to flatten the print.
I then placed weights at different intervals to help flatten the print.
This is another crude folder that I made using foam board and duct tape. Acid free tape would be much better but the print was protected by glassine paper and acid free mat sheets:
This is one that I received made of acid free board, acid free tape and inner mylar sleeve:
Edit: These methods I have used for prints that have only been rolled for a short time. Usually when received from source. For prints that have been rolled for longer I use wood or mdf sheets so heavier weight can be added. So far I have not had to do this for very large prints.

Acid free divider so you can place two prints per sleeve. Size is 27โ X 41โ. You get 20 sleeves and can add a further 20. Very good value for money. Very impressed and managed to place all prints into sleeves without issue despite some being in tubes for over 8 years. Highly recommended.

If its any help, although I think they mention on their website a minimum quantity, you can order any number you want.
They charge a one-off 'premium' of ยฃ6 on the order for smaller quantities.
I ordered just a couple recently, and must admit really pleased with them.

I bought the 22" x 30" regular sleeve.
I didn't know this, but each sleeve has a central white board, then either side of this, you have your clear 'pockets', so you can store either side of the sleeve.
Each sleeve was ยฃ10.90, plus the ยฃ6 'split box surcharge'.
Shipping was ยฃ22, I'm in the UK. Seems hefty, but sent in a decent box, which I'm using to store the sleeves in.
Let me know if you want any more detail.

They also have a roll of open bags 48โx60โ but Iโve never used it. For the biggest I have, I used double bag overlapping + I made a double/double (like the In-n-out burger) cardboard with bigger size.
These were a life saver. I got a bunch of them when I moved.

I live in Majorca, Spain if anyone wants to ever look to a shared deal to purchase more sleeves.
