I reckon after the beautiful losers sold out so fast they figured they could push the prices a bit more. But it's not worked in their favour this time . i am pretty sure that the BL prints went so fast as they put them on the same day as Morons and many were so desperate to buy something that they went for one after missing out on Banksy. maybe the next release of prints , vaucher ? will be a bit lower.............................
Why would they want to sell all their prints in less than 5 minutes ! I'm sure POW can wait few weeks to make more money than all the flippers on ebay !!!
Why the money wouldn't go in the artist's pockets instead of the paypal account of scalpers ?
These prices are too high for me but I can still buy some Shepard Faireys at 35 dollars each tuesdays.

Blu is a street art legend.. if you just wanna buy pretty pictures then you may as well pop down Ikea and save a few quid.
Obviously I'm going to be seen as bias here but I feel I really should step up and say something in defence, there is a definite reason for everything created by Copyright and his popularity is rising everyday as can be seen be the speed his work is selling. Hey guys one more thing, anybody who is based in or around Newcastle (or anybody who doesn't mind travelling) is more then welcome to come along to the offices to take a look at the prints in the flesh, so to speak!
You might want to check they are available first etc but we currently have Matt Small, Logan Hicks, Dan Baldwin and very soon the D*Face pop tarts.
If it's something that would interest you just send me an email and we will sort it out!

Yeah, sorry.. didn't mean for it to sound that harsh and wasn't directed at Copyright. More a defense of Blu, who's work, like all good art, challenges our notions of who we are and how we live and makes us reflect a little on what it means to be human.. But you're right. It's not fair that the newcomers should be compared to the likes of Os Gemenos, Banksy, Blu etc. I'm all for people getting up and making the world a better more beautiful place, more power to them

I don't believe something two or three stories high or the size of a double decker translates well to a piece of paper around A2 or A1 in size, then again I haven't seen them in the flesh either, but I'm not about to spend a few hundred quid to find out.
