the notes from the studio, on release, were: 
"these handpulled silkscreen prints are all different from each others and may contain some little hand corrections. they were printed adding random colors on the screen while printing the background layer."

i think of them as 25 different unique colorways (ed. 1/1) of a great print. since this was done on the background layer of the screenprint, the registration is solid (i note this because many of the Rennes UV prints had registration issues with the background watercolor layer which undercut the work for me). 

the last one i know of sold for $3750 (with buyers premium) and was a rainbow roll (link). i find the color on those to be too arbitrary (particularly as it plays across the little dudes making up with demos), and prefer the more solid color variations like the one coming up for auction (i studied all of them when they were first released and chose a deeper green one than the one up for auction).

in terms of wall appeal, this is nearly as good as it gets with Blu (unique variant large print of iconic mural). i think the more desirable ones of these should trade in the range of the small original drawings (except for those that are of iconic murals or have great Blu details), but it may take time for the market to sort this out.

i have not seen a 7k Rennes (where was that)? i did see that a reasonable Rennes UV that sold for over $10k (link). 

nevertheless, i agree, Blu's market is sorting (and, as noted repeatedly here, there is no new work coming and he is still killing it with public murals) and may be for some time still. there is no set price for the work (and every sale of a print may be the last one available for some time - at least with the better works). the value is what you are willing to wait for, what someone else is willing to pay for. if i had the resources and was still focused on Blu that 1k headquarters would look like a bargain (one that might or might not repeat in the near term, but will be bargain long term). if i were selling HQ i would want much more than that (and would wait for it).
