Sound like an ok price. There are so many fake sakes on eBay as well, so I take all of the sakes with a big bucket of salt.
And yes;
Always intriguing to discuss prices with people already owning the artist pieces. Haha

Was saving for a house at the time, also turned down a aladdin sane as well at £1100 around that time. My 2 wish I had bought those, but had other priorties.

Due to the way they were packaged from Pejac, many of the Heavy Seas have a tiny (And I mean tiny) tear at the bottom due to them using strips to try to keep it in place during shipping. Mine had it (bought second hand so couldn’t send bac to Pejac/Max) but got it sorted out with a local, reputable restorer here in my hometown who was recommended by all the local museums... |

If anyone has a work on the pressed wood from the Venice show that they are willing to discreetly part ways with, please DM me. I am happy to work out a price with you. I’ve been after one since the shows debut. I may have some works worth a trade plus cash if that’s of interest. Thanks all.
