the authors that seem at the beginning, real photos amateurs/lovers and Banksy fans, sold them via UAA, Instagram as, as artisanal cookies ( signed and not hardcovers ) in a stand out Dismaland and off any implication with Banksy !

It seems that not as Banksy made them an incredible publicity proposing the sale link on his website !

No, because I helped the Kickstarterproject and I thought that it was a limited edition . It seems not ( it seems than Banksy helped them to sell all the books via his site ) ...
I am not envious but I was one of the first exchanging a lot of mails etc .,,
I have a lot of friends with their names ..., I regret a bit, for 15 quids more ..,
Anyway the Cabaret Clown ( page ... ) was at the Savoye Hotel and I know who it is ahahah
