Does anyone know if they will take orders over the phone and post prints to Europe? I'm pretty sure they don't, but wondered if anyone has any experience. I've tried contacting them both in Tokyo and the Berlin gallery, but not had much luck.

You are right - release date is august 7th 10am Tokyo time. No web sales or anything, only in store.
max 3 pieces per person, 27.500Yen per piece ( roughly 200Euro )
Oh well....

As one of the most successful and famous artists in the world he could be demanding a lot more (like Damien Hirst does for example), but he isn't. Respect to him.
It makes me think, why some of the much much much lesser-known (comparatively) artists think it is naturally acceptable for them to price their prints at a much higher level.
Hindari Zingaro Tokyo is the place to get Murakami prints by the way. Yes they only sell to customers in person, but it is not hard to find a Japanese reseller on eBay etc to buy one for you and ship to you with only a small charge. Good luck.
