No paperwork, coa, or printed receipt, just the outer box that has the brookyln address and the email shipping confirmation. Thats all , as far as autheticity any kaws collector will spot a fake no matter how good it is almost instantaniously

I've purchased many pieces from kawsone.com in the past, and none of them came with a hard copy receipt. Just a shipping label. The order confirmations and tracking numbers were sent via email. |

I even took a picture of the box label that matches the tracking on the email and he still said it's not enough. This guy is driving me crazy!
Its not worth it, if hes driving you crazy then just move on to next potential buyer, prices are fair so someone will eventually purchase them. Like i said any collector will know immediatley if its not authentic. Just offer a guarantee, i had someone return a piece to me once saying i was missing the coa that came with it, i stated that kaws vinyl were never issued coas and he argued with me stating that all kaws vinyl has coa. You just have to know what collectors your dealing with. Anyone worth their weight as a collector will know what to look for and know when to step back.

Anyway will have to hire someone is his state, I mean I'm French I don't really know how it works in California but seems pretty common case. If anyone had this kind of experience previously, please let me know! |

I once had a similar issue with a glass sculpture from a woman in Pennsylvania. The police were helpful and I ultimately flew up and collected. A detective call will rattle the cage a little.

Paypal is a protection anyway, the best for buyers or dealers ( I made big deals by the past and I know what I am talking about ).
The only way, with a paiement by bank transfer, to have a refund is more delicate, and each party has to show their good faith and proofs.
