pretty much every print that has gone under the hammer until now has been submitted by either the artist (Stik) or the printer (ryca).
People say Phillips won't take any prints until next year as they have to many I have a feeling they won't take any as Stik told them not to.

Unfortunately asking for offers leads to the enevitable chancers offering cost and some tumbleweed. Offers over I find tends to weed out the "buyers from the spyers"

Bids not at all being manipulated then Happens all the time, I know the Steve lazarides Banksy collection auction a year or two ago was manipulated , most of the pieces that ''sold'' were offered to sombody I know not long after as the winning bidder didn't pay. |
