I have the opportunity to purchase a Ben Eine street art piece from an old building. They were asking $5,000 USD, and got them down to $4,000. The piece is 19' long by 10' high, and was a security door from a famous club in the area. Would you by it? Would you by it if you could not hang it? Would you buy it in this condition? Also, I have to buy it in the next 24 hours ...   
I agree with augustg. Very sad to see double door close. Would not pass that up especially at that price. Welcome to the forum! Always good to see another member from Chicago!

In that case it needs bit of TLC, and possibly mounting on some kind of structure to hang / stand, but nothing impossible.
5K seems a good price.
But unless you can prepare it and display it I don't see the point in owning it really
