Banksy Print, Canvas, WANTED, by gus on Oct 8, 2023 23:47:14 GMT 1, The items being advertised on the 'auction site' are most likely in possession of the owner. The scam takes place when a predetermined 'winner' is chosen by Random.org. Random.org is NOT secure and it's very well known that Random.org is easy to exploit with some basic inspect element edits. This video explains how Random.org can be exploited What btcboxbreaks said about using 'dice rolls' to prevent this doesn't help as dice rolls can also be programmed in and taken into account.. I've already caught out btcboxbreaks lying when I asked about transparency regarding where the sale was taking place, before he generated an 'official-rules' page with ChatGPT and then told me that it had always existed. His account on here is brand new along with his website. This is the very first place that btcboxbreaks has posted here and the fact that he purchased the print from here presumably many weeks ago means he must have done so under another account name. This whole thing stinks I cannot understand why you would also come to his defense after he's just leaked your home address (complete) to the Banksy Forum At best btcboxbreaks is a completely incompetent and clumsy chancer with his lottery website created by ChatGPT. 🆃🅷🅸🆂 🆆🅷🅾🅻🅴 🆃🅷🅸🅽🅶 🆂🆃🅸🅽🅺🆂 🅾🅵 🅱🆄🅻🅻🆂🅷🅸🆃 Scam or not, I appreciate your posts trickledown . Didn't realise random.org was so easy to exploit, so saved me chancing £25 and hopefully plenty of others Hate to nitpick, but this isn't at all an exploit of random dot org. Just manipulating the source code running in your own browser. Can do with most browsers.

Banksy Print, Canvas, WANTED, by boxbreaksio on Oct 10, 2023 16:40:03 GMT 1, The links works very well in the bottom of the page. If you were taking the time to read our Official rules and our Terms and conditions for real you will see clearly that the raffle is taking place in Canada and the raffles are governed by Canadian law, and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of Canada. If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law. I understand that you may have been fooled in the past with none legit website. But please take the time to read properely before accusing us of such thing. Everything is clear and accessible to everyone. btcboxbreaks.com/pages/official-rulesThank you to show that we have a bug on the how to page I will put the devs on it. I just ran the 'official rules' webpage that didn't exist one hour ago through gptzero.me. It appears that the official rules were written just now by Chat GPT... I'm sorry but this whole thing stinks. From your website being registered only a few months ago, your youtube channel having only 5 views and your ChatGPT authored 'list of rules' that was only created after I raised concerns regarding information on which country this raffle is being held. Art, Crypto and Lottery's seem to attract a lot of scammers, so to see a combination of all three in one place is truly remarkable. "If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck." ou use a text about a Fantasy football league, this is not on our official rules. We work hard with help of a lawyer to write those. here is the link to our official rules to everyone can go look for the word football that is there 0 time...
btcboxbreaks.com/pages/official-rules
The official rules are on our website for at least 2 moths ago. Yes we don't have a lot of views on youtube, we are a start up that started 3 weeks ago...
Please do not discret us with that nonsens, we work very hard for all of this. For our art departement we are getting our banksy prints from the Calder Contemporary Art Gallery that is feautred on arnet.com. For those who know the industry, they will know these two names.
One last question for you, if you think the Art world is a scam, why are you here?

Banksy Print, Canvas, WANTED, by boxbreaksio on Oct 10, 2023 16:57:06 GMT 1, I cant speak to how this raffle is run and the workings or legalities of it but it does seem strange that they would pay out money to me for a legit print if it’s a scam, I guess it’s possible but far more like they’ll just get some photos off the internet and save the money. I’d like to point out I am in no way affiliated with the site or these raffles aside from the sale transaction so cannot endorse them , all I can say is that the guys behind it with me did exactly what they said they were going to including sending payment and I have no complaints. Of course with all things if you’re uncertain or don’t feel comfortable keep your money in your wallet. Thanks for letting the community know that we are a legitimate organization that we really send wire for the print and we only want to do good for the people. If we really up to no good, why would we send money for a real Banksy print from a very reputable fine art gallery that we did research on? If we not legitimate we would why would we bother to buy a real print?

Banksy Print, Canvas, WANTED, by Boost the goat on Oct 10, 2023 16:58:33 GMT 1, Hypothetically, you could be engaged in the following activities:
1. Inquired about prints from X person or a gallery. 2. Requested images with your name to confirm that the works are in his possession. 3. Purchasing works from a reputable person who indirectly acts as a reference for you. 4. Offering a raffle with 999 tickets. 5. Writing a program or modifying your browser so that the "randomized" generator is not truly random since you've set specific parameters. 6. Selecting the winner from your set using your program. 7. Retaining the proceeds from the raffle along with the print. 8. Selling the print and then purchasing another, repeating the entire process. 9. This could be seen as an easy scam since the average person would likely lose £24.99 or however much it costs to participate. They might perceive it as bad luck, thinking they might have better luck next time, and thus be inclined to participate in your future events. 10. Unbeknownst to them, they never really had a fair chance. 11. If anyone questions your raffle, you can point to the seller who, after all, is credible. You bought the print and used a random generator.
I don't know you personally, so I can't be certain, but this is how a criminal-minded individual might set up such a scheme.

Banksy Print, Canvas, WANTED, by boxbreaksio on Oct 10, 2023 17:02:27 GMT 1, Furthermore, you forgot to obscure the print number. Congratulations for permanently tainting Monkey Queen 153 of 750 by associating it with a Bitcoin lottery scam . Furthermore you left a visible address on an envelope in the background that's located in High Wycombe United Kingdom.. Are you sure you are in Canada? The High Wycombe address is for Lance Calder who said on here he'd sold them the print Thanks for highlighting the truth in good faith. You will see we will share the winner with you here and after everyone would be able to make their own judgement on facts, not on people people with bad faith.

Banksy Print, Canvas, WANTED, by Boost the goat on Oct 10, 2023 17:09:28 GMT 1, In essence, once again, hypothetically 😂😂, if it's a scam, it actually requires you to purchase the print from someone reputable for it to work. This gives you the credibility needed to pull it off.
Think of it this way: if you had acquired the print from an unknown source, most people would question its authenticity. This would deter your target audience (forum members and Banksy collectors), essentially foiling your scheme from the start. However, with a reputable buyer, most would make the purchase since the authenticity issue has been or can be easily addressed.
For instance, if Sotheby's or Christie's supplied the print, it's considered legitimate. And if you genuinely bought it and have it in your possession, it can't be a scam. Surely, a scammer would use a fake print 😂😂😂.
And just like that, you've convinced your mark.
I'm quite jobless, playing detective instead of working.
But if it's a scam, the goal is to keep the print and the proceeds.
And that's why people are scrutinizing your procedure, especially the fact that you're using random.org, which is known to be commonly used by fraudsters.

I've already caught you lying more than once. Every time I highlight a flaw with your illegal lottery scam you keep going back to the website and editing it to reflect my concerns. Your lottery is firstly Illegal in Canada and like I stated has too many red flags for me to think that you are simply naive. Your entire website screams scam. Outlined here are my entire list of concerns that indicate that it's more likely than not a scam:
(1) This type of Lottery is Illegal in Canada
(2) Random.org have published a fraud notice, warning of people that there are many lottery scammers using their randomiser in the facilitation of this exact type of lottery scam
(3)By your own admission you have sold 257 tickets at £24 each (£6,168). An unusually high amount of tickets for a brand new website
(4) Chat GPT generated content, terms and conditions along with 'rules of contest'
(5) Lack of information regarding company filing information, registration and office address
(6) Website that links to a non existent Instagram account that hasn't been created yet, I'm assuming you are in the process of creating one right now before you probably purchase around 10k fake followers. - www.instagram.com/boxbreaks_io/
(7) Your preference to accept cryptocurrencies as payment
Your response is completely nonsensical and comically bad to what is a very serious allegation of fraud by myself.

As an aside, I am enjoying how they keep referring to Calder Contemporary as a reputable fine art gallery. No disrespect to Lance, who is a decent and knowledgable fellow, but selling a few prints from your spare bedroom doesn’t make you David Zwirner.

If we were a scam like you said and wanted to keep the real print for us after our raffle, explain me why we ask to the broker to keep the print for us for him to ship directly to the winner, so we can save on cost? "explain me why we ask to the broker to keep the print for us for him to ship directly to the winner, so we can save on cost?"
seriously?

Banksy Print, Canvas, WANTED, by boxbreaksio on Oct 10, 2023 18:01:07 GMT 1, ou use a text about a Fantasy football league, this is not on our official rules. We work hard with help of a lawyer to write those. here is the link to our official rules to everyone can go look for the word football that is there 0 time... btcboxbreaks.com/pages/official-rules The official rules are on our website for at least 2 moths ago. First of all I don't think the art world is a scam, merely that it attracts a lot of charlatans like yourself. Outlined here are my entire list of concerns that indicate that it's more likely than not a scam: (1) This type of Lottery is Illegal in Canada (2) Random.org have published a fraud notice, warning of people that there are many lottery scammers using their randomiser in the facilitation of this exact type of lottery scam (3)By your own admission you have sold 257 tickets at £24 each (£6,168). An unusually high amount of tickets for a brand new website (4) Chat GPT generated content, terms and conditions along with 'rules of contest' (5) Lack of information regarding company filing information, registration and office address (6) Website that links to a non existent Instagram account that hasn't been created yet, I'm assuming you are in the process of creating one right now before you probably purchase around 10k fake followers. - www.instagram.com/boxbreaks_io/(7) Your preference to accept cryptocurrencies as payment Your response is completely nonsensical and comically bad to what is a very serious allegation of fraud by myself. First of all, we do sweepstake. Sweepstakes are legal in 33 countries. To be legal a sweepstake need to have an alternative method of entry that does not include a payment of anykind profiting to us. Which we do have a method that you can enter for free
The fact that you are saying that we are an illigal lottery in Canada only show to everyone that you didn't even take the time to read our official rules in the first place.
For the ChatGpt thing, just stop with your nonsense fantasy football screenprint.... We are against chatgpt business, we took a year building all of this from scratch with our bare hands.
For the amount of spots sold, we talk about a £2,000 per week approx. is not that much...
Also our current customers have done their research and they are giving us a shot. We will not disapoint them and declare a real winner that would be share with you guys right here. And we will do the same for our future winners as well.
Our instagram is this it's error from the dev: www.instagram.com/boxbreaks.io/
We don't have a preference to accept cryptocurrencies as payments, and matter of facts, every cryptocurrency payment that comes in is instantly directed to our bank account and not kept in cryptocurrency.
For your accusation of fraud, we are glad to show you our legitimacy once we have a winner for this Banksy - Monkey Queen.
One last thing for all of you that think we use a legitimate source of buying to do our ''scam'', why would we ask the broker to keep the item for us and send it to the winner if we were fraud?
We are here to stay and not going anywhere. Time will tell that these haters are waisting their own time and yours.

"explain me why we ask to the broker to keep the print for us for him to ship directly to the winner, so we can save on cost?" seriously? Yes do your research and you will see.
Sincerely, I don't know why you want to bring us down like this even after the broker confirm you that it is a real piece and have provided a wire for it. Do you really think that a real scamer will take the time and money to buy the piece and not even hold it? Like really....

Banksy Print, Canvas, WANTED, by Boost the goat on Oct 10, 2023 18:26:39 GMT 1, Hypothetically, having the seller hold the print in “escrow” adds another layer of credibility.
again I’m not insinuating that’s what you’ve done or are doing.
anyone who questions the authenticity or legitimacy of this would simply be redirected to the seller and fact the work is in escrow.
to be fair I wasn’t aware the work was with the seller.
But take a step back as you can’t truly be this naive.
if I had 999 raffles. I sold 990. I kept 9 for my friends and partners.
I edited my random generator to only select position ; 216 , 773 , 107, 530, 963, 918, 158, 631 & 421 from the total list. We run the generator 5 times
i add rules , none of the 9 numbers can be shown more than once. This way we don’t get for example 158 coming up twice.
anyways at the end of the contest. One of those 9 raffles is now the winner. Even if you showed the purchase history for those raffles. Because it came easily be hacked / random generators faked / staged. Its widely advised no one should trust them.
anyways. You pass on the details of the winner to the escrow who promptly ships off the item.
you return victorious and ready to clear your name. After all. The escrow shipped the print to the winner.
do you see how easy it is for a fraudster to set such up

Your entire business model makes no sense, You have already proven yourself to be a liar and everyone here can see it. You have already lied about the number of raffle tickets sold on your website (257 tickets at £24 each). You can't even achieve 2 views on youtube how do you expect us to believe that you have sold 257 raffle tickets?
Do you not see how this doesn't add up? If somebody here was to purchase a raffle ticket (not that I think they would) my understanding is that they would be the only genuine entry. Please tell us who bought the other 257 tickets you 'sold' and where did they come from?
The "impartial randomiser' you use to select a winner is notorious for being exploited by lottery scammers.
Your claims of being a 'genuine lottery' are about as believable as someone telling me they are conducting a genuine game of Three-card monte.

After all. The escrow shipped the print to the winner. do you see how easy it is for a fraudster to set such up Nice james bond move

Banksy Print, Canvas, WANTED, by esfer on Oct 10, 2023 19:35:03 GMT 1, Get a life mate, do you honestly think I’d be involved some grubby little scam? Do you know me personally, have you ever dealt with me? No you don’t and no you haven’t. I’ve bought and sold more pieces on here than I can count, bring me one person who seriously thinks I’d have anything to do with a scam. You can’t because there aren’t any so I’d give it a rest making the inference that I am. You clearly have some sort of an issue with me, and I suspect this isn’t your only account. To be honest I was initially for concerned for yourself, I had concerns that this Lottery scammer had unknowingly leaked your personal information all over the internet. As I'm just looking out for member's of this community (yourself included) I cannot understand why you would get so angry and respond in such an egotistical manner. You should really calm down a bit. So I am just following along with the comments and accusations being thrown back and fourth.
Having said as much, I do think you have made some very specific inferences about him being part or party to the group offering the lottery or whatever. He has already said he sold them the piece, and that he isn't conected with the group, and that he's not concerned about what was likely an accidental posting of his address. I can't see that he's done anything wrong.
You saying that you'd be really angry if this happened to you (I would be also tbf), doesn't mean that he's got to be angry about it. Maybe he's just happy it was a smooth transaction for his part.
I do think you and others have raised some justified concerns about the lottery offering, but they genuinely could also be a group of investors trying something new.
Anyway, I am not trying to take sides, but the print seller, who's a long term forum member, deserves to be given the benefit of the doubt at the very least.

Banksy Print, Canvas, WANTED, by Gucci Da Glacier on Oct 10, 2023 22:59:03 GMT 1, "explain me why we ask to the broker to keep the print for us for him to ship directly to the winner, so we can save on cost?" seriously? Yes do your research and you will see. Sincerely, I don't know why you want to bring us down like this even after the broker confirm you that it is a real piece and have provided a wire for it. Do you really think that a real scamer will take the time and money to buy the piece and not even hold it? Like really.... What do you mean not even hold it? Calder said you bought the piece from them. They did not say they were holding it in escrow for the winner of your lottery. This whole thing screams fraud and looks exactly like the fraudulent raffles that people who do “box breaks” commit all the time.
