I myself have two signed posters in my possession, and there were a ton of them signed at Banksy's (2002/2003?) exhibition in Australia, as well as POW having had a stack of them on a shelf back in the day. Of course fakes exist, just as they do with all things Banksy, and as PC refuse to authenticate them as they weren't 'artworks made for sale', provenance is everything. But to suggest that "only a couple" or "the odd 1 or 2 were signed" is absolute nonsense, the tactic most often cited dishonestly by those who own one to increase perceived value.
Was told this by the managing partner of SL and the man who arranged he entire project for the magazine. Course it's possible he had signed them at other events but was not told this and quoted exactly what I was told. Have it in writing as well. I no longer own the piece so just stating the facts as I know them from the most credible source. People tend to state all types of things but as you said it comes down to provenance of the piece and in this case, the information.

Yes the police car has different tags on it ( smiley or peace and love erc. On the door )..
Some artists being playing have had some gifts ( one rapper I don't remember who had have a stenciled tat canvas ) ,
For the real staff - logistic we lol say - , I know some ( from WSM or Bristol ) who worked there , but they did not tell me about " gifts " .
. " mates " .. Has ironised I don't know who here lol !!

With every other banksy print listed for a higher price than the previous or with offers , these are going to end up priced expensive as those that were gifted to were not necessarily banksy fans and when pricing their prints would price them to signed banksy prints on the market which start from ยฃ8/9k upwards?
