Pretty sure they are hand painted, just like the actual plaques themselfs are hand painted by stik.

Yea the owner of KOP Died.
Well I'm pretty sure they are not screen printed, like I said I had 6 at one point and each were different + you could clearly see the black was done with some kind of paintpen/marker. Wish I still had them all!

Agree with FR -Based on recent I inquiries I have made I would have said a PP is nearer the ยฃ10k mark.
The one on artnet is currently $8k plus premium and max estimate is $10k plus premium which seems about right. There have been some very strong auction results recently for stik.
