i heard at the leoanards street gallery they sold 5 of each of the a/ps at £500 plus vat so £582.50. then i guess they had to refund 4 people on each colour way. i know these prints are going to be more expensive than the normal bargains at sos, but i think they are going to prove very popular.

i think its horrid too but i bet someone here is gonna start ranting about how blurred the line between religion and reality is and dont forget to use the words "juztaposition" and "post modern".

I like juxtaposition, its one of my favourite things in art, but clearly is seen as a bad thing, got compared to Alan Partridge last time I wheeled that out ;D

so should we expect a seperate edition for each color? kinda lame if thats how it turns out. and the `screenprint` technicality is still completely misleading

so how does that explain A/Ps of the other 4?

Artist proof, definition from web - AP's quite often are in different colour's for the artist to decide which colour to use, which options to go for

Proofs are prints authorized by the artist in addition to the limited signed and numbered edition. The total size of an art edition consists of the signed and numbered prints plus all outstanding proofs. If a set of proofs consists of more than one print, numbers are inscribed to indicate the number of the prints within the total number of the particular type of proof, (e.g., AP 5/20 means the fifth print in a set of twenty identical prints authorized as artist proofs). Proofs are generally signed by the artist as validation of the prints.

Artist's Proof - Print intended for the artist's personal use. It is common practice to reserve approximately ten percent of an edition as artist's proofs, although this figure can be higher. The artist's proof is sometimes referred to by it's French épreuve d'artist (abbreviation E.A.). Artist's proofs can be distinguished by the abbreviation AP or E.A., commonly on the lower left of the work.

Whilst this may not be for everyone good to see Beejoir experimenting with different techniques. These were apparently bloody expensive to make hence the increased price.

And SoS were not misleading at all - they said it was the last TRADITIONAL SCREENPRINT beejoir would be making for a while. It was pretty obvious he was going to be releasing something else.
