Most of the prints are dried out of the order they were printed anyhow, so there isn't a quality variance where you would know for example, that the lower numbers were better prints than higher numbers. The only reason someone would pay more for a specific number is to match other prints they have, or if they like certain numbers more, but that is a rare case that it would effect the value of the print.
A also agree that the wax seal on the APs seems out of place and I don't think the AP should command a premium in this series.

And he also did 3 on metal, with the sheet of dinars stuck to the metal and burnt at the edges with the shell logo sprayed over it. I have one of those, number 2 of 3. That was done before the print, well i assume it was, i got it about 6 weeks before the print was released

It's signed and numbered from the soldout edition of 100 from Black Rat Press. It has never been framed and is in excellent condition (as received from BRP). I will very happily provide photos, it will be send in the original tube with full provenance (I'm the original buyer) via airmail from Germany.
