Quite a lot! He may have done it better but most mortals couldn't afford a Banksy. An iconic image recreated by a respectable artist at ยฃ125 is a good buy. You might not like it but some do.

My banksy reference was in reply to someone asking if they had seen this image before, not to someone asking if they have seen this before and, if so, where can they get a cheap copy from. The cost is absolutely irrelevant to the question.
And, iconic? I'd suggest that in order to define an image as iconic it at least needs to be a fresh idea as opposed to a piece very heavily inspired by a previous artist's work.

They've done this before with other editions like Martian Whatson's 'Zero Tolerance'. It sucks to miss out on a print, that's been my luck all year until this release. Part of what makes it fun in my opinion. You win some you lose some.

I liked the spot remover when it first came out on canvas - it now seems we get to enjoy lots of the same theme but on acrylic etc.... I decided not to purchase.
Ti me the iconic stuff was the canvas and this is now just money printing ..... I also noticed that there were 20% sold early and that GP had changed the checkout so unless you are lucky it was going to be a disappointing experience.
I therefore wish everyone well who purchased and the acrylic would have been my favourite but as I missed out on the 'dogs' it seems this artist is not meant to be in my collection!

I was not interested in Urban art at the time of the canvas and frankly prefer prints myself, so a pleasing addition for me.

I did try for the 'dog' canvas when it came out and I noticed someone posted a picture of the canvas above the bed .... looked stunning and made me a little disappointed that I didn't get it.
If I remember rightly GP had issues with the lottery on that edition also .... lets hope they do get it right next time!

Good for you - isn't that what art is all about - different views make the world go round! I think you should be allowed to hold it for 60 seconds to ensure you complete the purchase - I think they said they are looking into 5 minutes which is also ok.
I'd much rather know it not in my cart up front than think it is only to be disappointed at checkout.... but thats me and I guess others think differently!

I read that there was a number of people who added to cart then entered paypal and only when they got to paypal pay it said the cart was empty...
