Rubbish packing and handling damaged the print underways, and after three weeks of mails and photos I got a reply indicating that they would make amends for the damage. Still haven't heard back from them after that ( and that was in october); they basically stop answering you when they have your money. STAY AWAY

Stupid of me, but as it was an auction house I thought it should be allright. They also claim to have a guarantee on purchases done by them, and could not find any poor reviews so went for it. Little did I know it was all bollocks.
I was actually in contact with my bank to investigate what could be done about it, but not much it seems now. I am still considering reporting it to the police as fraud (as the condition of the print is now very very poor), but that is quite a drastic step. Advice is actually well appriciated if anyone have been in similar situations and got out of it well.

Regarding the packaging and as to what very pointy means I think we should peacefully agree to disagree. Thanks to the forum for great tips and to the auction house for sorting it out in the end. I will update once the money has arrived in my account.
