That is priced quite cheap compared to recent sales so don't take anything less than £18k.

I've said it before in another thread recently - these muted colours look great on the wall, and in my experience are much easier to live with than some of the brighter colours - although colour will Always be always be a personal choice.
As for price, it's always a controversial subject, but you'd have struggled to find a grey ed/100 or /58 QJG from r the original asking price I think. Again, at least the op has given a price in the detail 👍
