You're thinking not screen printed and you don't know what serigraphy means?

When your mass produced offset lithograph on high gloss paper arrives we will know that the person who wrote the description is not a professional printer.
That said, there does appear to be at least one real life picture of this poster on ebay and it does not loot like the gradient fade in the digital renders is in the real print, so that is one check in the screened box. In the on picture it also does seem to look closer to an art print than a $15 "poster". This may be a far nicer item than the price suggests, so perhaps a good roll of the dice if you like the image. Not my picture below

Well good luck to you on getting your $15 18 x 24 silkscreened murakami print. Would certainly be quite a value.
